• How do I change app language on iPhone?

    Open "Settings" app. Swipe down a bit to reveal search. Type in "Room Planner" in search and choose it in search results. Choose "Language" you like in "Preferred language" section.

  • How do I move my designs to new device?

    Easiest way is to enable sync service (a Pro feature) on your old device and make sure that all your designs are synced to cloud. Use same Facebook or Google account to login on new device and your designs will be restored.

    Alternatively you can go to your room, click "Export" icon and choose "Export link" option. Save that link somewhere (you can send e-mail to yourself). On new device install the app and click on saved link. That will restore your design.

  • How do I add second floor?

    We don't yet support floor plans with multiple floors in it. That's something we will be working on in future.

    You should create new floor plan for your second floor. You can start from scratch or from existing floor plan.

    To copy existing floor plan, long tap on it and tap "copy" icon that appears.

  • How do I unsubscribe from Pro service?

    You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time by following these instructions.
